SMS & Communication Policy

This agreement governs the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by CORNFED DIGITAL LLC. By utilizing our platform, you agree to the following communication standards:

• User Consent: You must provide express, documented consent to receive SMS communications from us. This consent may be obtained through our digital sign-up forms, physical documentation, or recorded verbal agreement during service consultations.

• Scope of Messaging: Subscribers may receive automated texts including, but not limited to, marketing promotions, service alerts, appointment reminders, and account security (2FA) notifications.

• Frequency & Costs: Message frequency is determined by your specific engagement with our services. While CORNFED DIGITAL LLC does not charge for these texts, standard carrier message and data rates apply.

• Control & Support: You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance or technical support, reply HELP.

Service Tiers & Membership

CORNFED DIGITAL LLC provides high-performance digital infrastructure through our primary subscription model:

• Standard Business Suite ($297/month): Provides a comprehensive digital presence including a custom-built website, full access to the Cornfed Digital CRM (web/mobile), a dedicated business line for calls/SMS, marketing automations, and reputation management tools.

• Commitment Terms: Services are billed month-to-month. Clients opting for a 3-month prepaid commitment receive a complimentary Google Business Profile optimization (valued at $400).

Telephony & Usage-Based Expenses

Beyond your base subscription, certain "pay-as-you-go" costs for telephony services are rebilled directly to the client via a digital wallet system.

• Auto-Replenishment: When your digital wallet balance reaches a predetermined minimum, our system will automatically process an "auto-top-up" charge to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Standard Rates: * Local Numbers: $1.15/mo | Toll-Free: $2.15/mo

  • SMS/MMS: Starting at $0.0079 per segment

  • Voice: Outbound calls starting at $0.0180/min

  • Intelligence: Carrier lookup/validation fees apply per function.

Payment, Refunds, and Fulfillment

• Advance Billing: All fees are settled in advance of the service period and processed securely via Stripe.

• Strict No-Refund Policy: Because our services involve immediate labor, custom digital builds, and software provisioning, all payments (including setup fees and subscription dues) are final and non-refundable.

• Chargeback Waiver: By entering this agreement, you waive the right to dispute legitimate charges. CORNFED DIGITAL LLC reserves the right to pursue full recovery of funds, including legal fees, for any fraudulent chargebacks initiated against us.

• Project Fulfillment: Our contractual obligations are considered fully met once your website is delivered and your automation platform is activated.

Account Status & Cancellation

• Suspension: If a payment fails, we will attempt collection four times over a 21-day window. However, access to the Cornfed Digital platform will be suspended if the balance remains unpaid 48 hours after the initial failure.

• Cancellation: You may terminate your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop all future billing cycles; however, no pro-rated refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Legal Compliance & Liabilities

• Proper Usage: You agree to use our messaging and CRM tools in full compliance with local and federal laws. Sending offensive, harassing, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

• Delivery Disclaimer: While we strive for 100% uptime, CORNFED DIGITAL LLC cannot guarantee message delivery, as it depends on third-party carrier networks and device compatibility.
